Mail surveys offer a comfort and convenience for many employees.  It is a format they have seen before.  They can complete the survey anywhere at any time.  Employees without internet access can still take part in the survey process.  We will mail the survey along with a business reply envelope to each employee and when they are finished  they simply mail it back to us.  Once we receive the completed surveys, the experienced data entry operators at OutSource Services, Inc. will key and verify the numeric data and capture all verbatim responses.  This data will be incorporated into user-friendly reports for your company.  OutSource Services, Inc. will work closely with your company throughout the survey process including:

Online Surveys:

Online Surveys offer a way to communicate with your employees in a timely manner.  Typical online surveys have a turn around time of less than half the time of paper surveys.  Because Online Surveys are more cost-effective than paper surveys, your company can survey more employees for less money!  

OutSource Services, Inc. offers two types of online surveys, standard or custom.  Our standard employee satisfaction survey includes time proven questions which will be personalized for your company.  The questions will include your company name and we will add your company logo and terminology to the survey pages.  Using our custom online survey enables you to modify the survey items including adding and deleting questions.  OutSource Services, Inc. offers the same level of customer service with online surveys as we do with mail surveys.  Our services include:
